PureVolume.com is a great place for music. Some of my favorite bands on there include He is We, Quietdrive, and Taking Back Sunday.
Recommended songs:
Quietdrive – Jessica
He is We: His Name
Taking Back Sunday – Everything Must Go

On the other hand, I’ve recently started watching Gundam 00, (yes, I’m pretty behind with the latest anime.)

“Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (機動戦士ガンダム00 (ダブルオー) Kidō Senshi Gandamu Daburu Ō?) is the seventh incarnation of Sunrise’s long-running Gundam franchise. It is directed by Seiji Mizushima and written by Yōsuke Kuroda, and features character designs by Yun Kōga. ” – Wikipedia
I’m up to episode three, and I must say, It’s amazing ^-^
The character design is great and the plot is interesting, although a little too far-out, (four mobile suits can bring piece to the world with armed interventions. huh. My friends say there is a bigger meaning behind it, which I didn’t perceive with a mere five episodes.) I can’t help but compare it to Death Note and especially Code Geass. Code Geass was an all-time favorite of mine and I expected the similarites to ruin my watching experience, (mobile suits and a revolution,) but the feeling is different: Gundam focuses on all of the characters better than Code Geass. It ties everything together flawlessly, also.
So far, Gundam 00 is a 8.5/10. I have a feeling the rating will increase over time, which my friend predicted, also.
